Pembroke Will Writers was formed in 2000 by Rob and Gill Phipps. Since then, our son Gareth has joined the company having earned his stripes in the banking industry.

At the very heart of our family business is a commitment to delivering a professional service your family can trust. To treating you the way we like to be treated.

Everything we do is done to protect your best interests. So, we don’t set sales targets, and we only ever suggest products you want and can afford.

Likewise, we believe that it is not good enough to sell you a product; you have to understand it. That is why, during our meetings, we make sure you have all the time necessary to ask questions and get the information you need.

Crucially, as most of our appointments take place at home – we were one of the first Will writing companies to insist on DBS checks. This means we are police-checked and provide peace-of-mind before entering your house.

We have also adopted many best practices recommended by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) to help protect consumers. This includes making sure we never contact you out of hours, and always showing ID when arriving at your home for an appointment.
